Jennifer Harding is an Administrative Director of Research in the division and at PolicyLab at CHOP. Her current work focuses primarily on adolescent reproductive health outcomes. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience implementing and managing health and policy research studies in administrative roles at Franklin & Marshall College, Millersville University, and CHOP. She has extensive experience in the many facets of designing and implementing research projects including: multi-mode and multi-site data collection, community outreach, instrument development, maximizing response rates, conducting health research with unique populations, data analysis, contract management, and fiduciary accountability. She completed her Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis/Program Evaluation at Penn State University.
