Courtney Cheek Park is a Clinical Research Coordinator for the division. Courtney first joined CHOP in 2008 during her senior year at Drexel University when she began volunteering with The Center for Management of ADHD. After graduation she was offered a full-time position as a Clinical Research Assistant working for both The Center for Management of ADHD and The Violence Prevention Initiative at CHOP. In 2011 Courtney joined the Division of Adolescent Medicine as a Clinical Research Coordinator. In this position, she provides Division faculty support related to the organization and oversight of the research team, training and supervision of the research staff, coordination of active clinical research protocols including recruitment, study procedures and testing, follow-up, and billing. She also maintains an active quality improvement database and is responsible for helping with grant identification, application, submission, implementation, and regulatory and compliance reporting. Her research interests involve eating disorders in pediatrics and adolescent populations, specifically those undergoing family based treatment at CHOP, as well as adolescent health and medicine in general.
